Mariel is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in San Diego, California, while spending half of the year in Costa Rica. By day, she is shaping the future of fitness as a Product Designer at Peloton, but her passion for art extends far beyond the digital realm. With a background in graphic design and a love for illustration, she has explored various artistic avenues, from book illustration and tattoo design to fine art and gallery exhibitions. 

Through dynamic compositions and a deep appreciation for the ocean, she explores the energy, movement, and lifestyle of coastal communities. She thrives on experimentation, constantly exploring new materials and subjects to evolve her creative voice.
